Zhiyuan Zhou is a Research Assistant at the Energy & Environment Lab and a second-year student Master of Public Policy student at the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics and Statistics from UCLA. His professional background includes developing data-driven frameworks and evidence-based insights to support policy decisions within the public and energy sectors. His current work at the Lab focuses on applying quantitative methods to analyze environmental datasets and evaluate their broader health and policy implications
